The Board of Directors is the elected governing body of the Church, consisting of the officers of the Church and the Building and Grounds and Finance Committee Chairs. The Minister is an ex officio member of the Board.
The Board's responsibilities include:
- Conduct and/or approve business transactions of the Church, consistent with the By-laws.
- Implement the decisions and policies of the Church membership.
- Act on behalf of the Church.
- Oversee the strategic direction of the Church.
- Be responsible to finance programs of the Church, except as defined otherwise in these By-laws.
- Establish such policies and appoint such persons and committees as necessary to implement these functions.
- Appoint the Committee on Ministry.
