    Social Action Committee

A role of the Social Action Committee is to act as an informational resource. One way we convey information is through this website. Please check the site regularly to learn what the Social Action Committee is up to.

Legislation is one way that Social Action and Social Justice change takes place. In order to make contacting your local legislators easier a current listing of Massachusetts Senators and Representatives by town is available.

This page lists the Social Action programs sponsored by the UUAC. Some programs run year round whereas others occur seasonally. All programs have need of volunteers, whether you can spare a few hours or want to take up the cause. If you have a social action idea that you would like to see championed that isn't covered below please contact the Social Action Committee and tell us about it.
